NICOLETTE LEVY KC

Nicolette was trained in a big firm and now has 25 plus years experience as a barrister.  Building on wide experience in Courts and Tribunals at all levels, she specialises in criminal appellate work, relationship property, family property (wills and trusts), disciplinary matters, and general civil litigation.

Nicolette has appeared in 11 appeals in the Supreme Court, and more than 100 appeals in the Court of Appeal.  She was appointed a King's Counsel in December 2019.

When Nicolette’s caseload permits, she accept instructions for criminal appeals on criminal legal aid, civil legal aid cases, and family legal aid cases involving relationship property, the Family Protection Act, and other family property cases.

Nicolette been appointed amicus curiae (counsel to assist the Court) in the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, in both civil and criminal matters.
