RICHARD FOWLER KC

Richard spent 30 years as a litigation partner of a national law firm before becoming a barrister sole in 2011, and King's Counsel in 2013.

He has conducted cases and appeared at all levels of the Court system and most special courts and tribunals, as well as being an appointed Hearings Commissioner for a number of local authorities and appointed by government to chair special tribunals.
